Moisture wrapping around a low pressure system located over Southeast Texas will lead to more rain chances for parts of the region on Wednesday. The best rain chances will be south of I-20 and east of I-35, where the best moisture will be located. Severe weather is unlikely, but some storms will be capable of producing frequent lightning and heavy rain. Otherwise, temperatures should remain below normal with highs generally in the 80s.
