Upon arrival, Officers made contact with the 911 caller and a female subject who both stated a white male, approximately 54 years of age, had discharged a firearm inside the residence and in their direction.

Multiple witnesses placed the suspect inside a residence in the 1700 block of Park Street. Officers established a perimeter around the residence and made multiple attempts to contact the suspect.
