Pursuit of Stolen Princeton ISD Bus Ends With Arrest by McKinney Police Department

McKinney Police Department recovered a stolen Princeton ISD bus shortly after it was stolen on Friday morning, according to information shared by the school district on social media.

Justin Bryce Cullum, 25, stole the bus from Princeton, drove to McKinney, and stopped at a Sam’s Club on U.S. 380 where a concerned resident called law enforcement.

The bus was stopped by officers on U.S. 380 at Custer Road.

There were no students on board and the suspect was taken into custody without incident, according to Princeton ISD.

Cullum is charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle and possession of marijuana under 2 ounces.

Princeton ISD said in a Facebook post, “Princeton ISD would like to give a quick shout-out to McKinney Police Department for the speedy recovery of our stolen bus this morning.”
